Observations/Finding

AS Engineering and Consulting, LLC. has completed an engineering evaluation of the basement wall/stem wall footing for Lots #157 through 160 at Parkside at Mason Mill. Measurements were taken to ensure the horizontal and vertical rods were properly spaced to meet the designated specifications on the drawings.
