The site was visited by the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

A site visit was requested to visually inspect a retaining wall footing on the Estate at Old Friendship project site.  Upon arrival a meeting was held with Mr. Brent Tucker of Century.  It was decided previously that the footing had not been excavated due to the upcoming threat of rain.
