The site was visited by the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

Upon arrival it was observed that soils unsuitable for use as structural fill were being placed (wasted) to all available slopes on the Pickens Landing project site (see photo).  No other work was being performed.

Equipment used:  PC350 Komatsu excavator, Komatsu off road dump truck, Komatsu 39PX Bulldozer.
