Observations/Finding

The site was visited by Rasheen Biggins AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today.

Upon arrival to the project site, our representative observed that fill had already been placed and compacted and was ready for density testing.  Our representative performed compaction testing for the dam area.  Results were reported to the contractor and are attached.
