Observations/Finding

The site was visited by Rasheen Biggins AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today.

Upon arrival to the project site, our representative observed that work was already in progress. The contractor was observed placing #57 stone near the creek area as per remediation recommendations given to Morris (contractor) by Ram Mogulla, PE of ASEC.  The remediation had been completed prior to our arrival.  See attached photos.
