Observations/Finding

Our ASEC representative arrived on-site at 8 am; the grading contractor was having issues starting the loader and did not arrive on site until approximately 10 am. During clearing, we encountered several trash piles on-site near the vicinity of borings B-13 and B-06.  We recommend that the contractor remove these deleterious materials prior to continued grading activities.  See attached photos.
