Observations/Finding

Upon arriving on site, our ASEC representatives performed a footing inspection for Lot #28.  Results of Dynamic Cone Penetrometer testing found the footings to meet job specifications for a soil bearing pressure of 2,000 psf.

DCP Results

Depth of 1 foot = 10 blows

Depth of 2 feet = 13 blows

Depth of 3 feet = 15 blows

Depth of 4 feet = 20+ blows

Soils were classified as a red silty fine to medium sand.
