Observations/Finding

Joel began my training by explaining to me in detail the processes by which I would be testing for the qualities of the concrete made at the plant. I was taught as to what tools and equipment I would be using and how I would use them. Joel ran tests on the concrete and allowed for me to watch, learn, and ask questions. I was taught how to properly clean and store all of the equipment used.
