Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were noted on site this day.

Site Observations:

• Density testing was performed using a Troxler nuclear gauge ( #3430, serial #29588).
• H-Line from H1 to H3 Placement of fill was tested and the results are in the attached density test report.
• Taxiway shoulder and Taxiway Placement of fill was tested and the results are in the attached density test report.
• M-Line between M2 to M3 Placement of fill was tested and the results are in the attached density test report.
• Settlement plate was installed south of localizer pad.
