Observations/Finding

Our ASEC representative arrived on site at 11:00 am. Our ASEC representative visually inspected and conducted DCP tests on three lots: Lot #93, Lot #94 and Lot #96. Foundations on all 3 stated lots were found to meet job specifications for a soil bearing pressure of 2000 psf. Visually, the soils on all 3 lots were found to be red silty sands.

The DCP test results for Lot #93 Location A were 6, 5, 8 and AR (auger refusal) for the top 4 feet.

The DCP test results for Lot #93 Location C were 9, 13, 9 and AR (auger refusal for the top 4 feet.

The DCP test results for Lot #94 Location A were 21, 21, 13 and 11 for the top 4 feet.

The DCP test results for Lot #94 Location C were 9, 12, 9 and 12 for the top 4 feet.

The DCP test results for Lot #96 Location A were 5, 12, 10 and 11 for the top 4 feet.

The DCP test results for Lot #96 Location C were 12, 12, 12 and 13 for the top 4 feet.

Our ASEC representative departed the site at 2:00 pm following completion.
