Observations/Finding

Our ASEC representative arrived on site, as requested, to observe:

Proof-rolling of the subgrade for Friendship Falls Way from STA 0+00 to STA 17+00.  The existing subgrade appeared to be at finished grade elevation based on the information providing by the grading contractor,

A fully loaded tendon axle dump truck was used to proof-roll the above the mentioned subgrade with multiple parallel and perpendicular passes across the area.

No severe pumping and/or deflection were observed during the proof-roll at the above mentioned area.
