Observations/Finding

Our ASEC representative arrived on site, as requested, to observe:

The proof-roll of Friendship Falls Way from STA 0+00 to STA 17+00.  The existing subgrade appeared to be at the finished grade elevation based on the information provided by grading contractor.

A fully loaded tandem axle dump truck was used to proof-roll the above the mentioned subgrade with multiple parallel and perpendicular passes across the area.

No severe pumping and/or deflection was observed during the proof-roll at the areas mentioned above.
