Observations/Finding

On September 29, 2022, Our ASEC representative was on site to observe site activities for work on the several retaining walls.
Our representative observed soil placement for the retaining walls. Upon arriving the contractor was preparing the silt fence on walls 1 & 2. The contractor was also placing fill along wall 3. (see attached compaction tests results).  Images are attached.
