Observations/Finding

AS Engineering and Consulting, LLC (ASEC) visited the site at the contractor’s request to observe soil placement on retaining wall #3. The contractor confirmed that the current elevation is approximately +1183 feet. Geogrid has been placed in accordance with the specifications and the soil compaction test results were found to meet job specifications for compaction.

Footings for walls #1 & #2 were being prepared but the remediation process (soil removal and replacement) for wall number #2 has not commenced.

During the evaluation, we observed the construction and installation of drainage pipe between Lots #7 through 12.
