Observations/Finding

On April 1, 2001, our AS Engineering and Consulting, LLC (ASEC) representative visited the site at the contractor’s request to observe soil placement for the dam conduit. The entire 17o foot section was probed, and compaction tests were taken near the manhole and anti-seepage collar. Soils were placed in 4-inch lifts and compacted using a Whacker Packer.
