Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by the AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services, visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals.

The following observations were made on site this day.

Contractor continued work on E line from E-2 to E-5. and proposed grass area located Northwest of E-2 to E-3 line and grass area located to the west of A9, Fill placed and spread using a dozer and ground crew collecting oversized material. Compunction performed using a D815., Sheep feet roller and a loaded 740 B off road, dump truck. 

Density testing was performed using a Troxler nuclear gauge (#3430, serial #29588).
