Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC representative was on site as requested by the client to observe the contractor’s placement and compaction of soils. Visual observation techniques were employed to ensure the soils were clean and contained no construction debris or organics. The provenance of the soils being placed is from the moisture-density relationships (proctors) taken from areas 1 and 3.
