Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today.

Upon arrival to project site, our ASEC representative observed that work was already in progress with the contractor placing lifts in the creek area with each lift thickness of approximately 8 to 10 inches. Fill materials were spread using a bulldozer 61px, and compaction was done with a sheeps-foot compactor. Density tests were taken and can be found in the attached report.
