Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today

Upon arrival to the project site, our ASEC representative observed work was already in progress.  The contractor was completing the placement of a previous lift near the wall area. Once GAB materials arrived on site, the contractor began placing GAB near both road entrances. Density tests were taken and results will be attached in a separate report once a Moisture-Density relationship is completed on the GAB materials.
