As requested, our ASEC representative arrived on site to do the following:

1: Evaluate subgrade conditions for Lot #F19, Lot #B18, Lot #F17, Lot #B16 and Lot #F15.

The subgrade conditions for Lot #F19, Lot #B18, Lot #F17, Lot #B16 and Lot #F15 were observed to be prepared for concrete slab placement as per job specificiations. 

Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) tests were performed at several locations and depths at the at locations listed below.

DCP test results indicated that the soils at the locations listed and evaluation’s tested met the minimum requirement outlined in the specs for a net allowable bearing pressure of 2500 pcf.

Subgrade soil conditions should remain dry and free of loose soils/debris prior to concrete placement. If exposed to inclement weather, subgrade soils should be re-observed by ASEC prior to concrete placement.
