Observations/Finding

AS Engineering and Consulting, LLC. has completed an engineering evaluation for lots F9, B10, F11, B12, F13, B13, B6, F7, B8, F41, B42, F43, B44, and F45 on 11/28 to 11/30. Soil conditions on the lots were muddy due to rain from the previous day. Due to the poor soil conditions, unconsolidated soils were encountered in the top 12 inches of lots F9, B10, B12, F13, B6, F7, B8, F41, B42, F43, B44, and F45.
