Observations/Finding

Our ASEC representative arrived on site to observe daily activities.  Upon arrival, our representative observed that no fill was being placed on-site today, due to soils being oversaturated.  The contractors were on-site receiving a shipment of storm drainpipe. They are scheduled to begin placing the pipe next week.
