Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engerineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services, visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. the following observations were observed on site this day.

Upon arrival, various earth moving equipment (excavator, dozer, off road dump trucks, 815F Caterpillar compactor) were placing topsoil on slopes behind Lots #421, #422, & #423.  A berm was constructed behind future Lot #422 in anticipation of water run-off from expected future rain events.  (see photos)
