Observations/Finding

As requested, our ASEC representative was on site to:

Observe the installation of reinforcing steel, and accessories prior to the placement of concrete for walls from Lot #101 to Lot #105.

Documents Reviewed:

Shop/field drawing, SD-2.2, detail#1 and detail#7.

The reinforcing steel was observed for correct size, spacing and quantity and spacing of the bars, cleanliness, support against displacement, splicing, clearance, and steel grade.

Based on observation and field measuring the reinforcing steel at the above-mentioned location appeared to be in general in accordance with the Shop/field drawings for size, spacing and quantity.
