Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, test and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, following observations were made:

1. The contractor installed geogrid over the previously placed crushed concrete layer.

2. The geogrid was verified to be TerraGrid RX1100.

3. Geogrid was installed in unit 10 of the basement floor.
4. Twenty-two rolls of TerraGrid were placed in areas G7 and G8 and forty feet into H7 and H8 in accordance with the project drawings. (Drawing# E720667).

5. The undersigned representative verified overlap lengths and side wall coverage.
