Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1.  The contractor installed stakes over the previously prepared textile layer in unit 10, areas G7 and G8 and attached a ribbon to each stake to mark approximate elevations for placing the 825B aggregate. 
2. As shown in the attached images, the green ribbon is the top elevation for the 825B GAB. 
3. Each stake was measured at least 12″ from the subgrade, which meets the job specifications noted on drawing E720667.
