Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. The contractor installed 796.77 tons of No. 24 stone over the previously prepared Terragrid layer in the lower half of the basement areas G7 and G8.
2.  No. 24 stone was placed according to the specification on drawing sheet E720667.
