Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the

request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to

observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Six rolls (6) of Terrafabric were placed in the upper half of the basement and secured with stone, which will later be removed once the placement of clay commences.  
2. Two (2) rolls of textile fabric were placed over the No. 24 stone in the lower half of the basement. 
3. A section of torn grid near the base of the ramp will be repaired during the placement of the bridge lift. The area is labeled in red on the attached drawing. 
4. The fabric was placed in accordance with the project specifications on drawing E720667.
