Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:

  1. Surveys of areas B6, C6, D6, F6, G6, and H6 were conducted to lay out the center of the road. 
  2. Grade stakes were placed in the basement.
