Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site, as requested, to observe:  the placement of concrete and backfill for the DOA fiber infrastructure.

Upon arrival, concrete was already placed, and the contractor notified that concrete placement took place earlier than the scheduled time. Backfilling activities were canceled due to rain.
