Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today

Upon arrival, I spoke with Morris the site superintendent who explained to me that they were in the process of moving the stockpiles of organic top soil to areas directly behind lots 1 and 2 (along Pittman rd.) Two Kimatsu bulldozers, two dump trucks, along with a Kimatsu excavator were used. The areas where the soil was placed on Lot 1 and 2 were not structural in nature. No testing was required.
