Observations/Finding

At the request of the client’s representative, AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative, Isaac Davis visited the job site to observe and monitor the contractor’s work activities from a quality standpoint to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals and conducted QC testing per the project drawings and specifications.  The following observations were made on site this shift:

• In the Afternoon approximately 2pm-3pm while in middle of testing one of BBH’s workers hit the cylinders made on 03/07/23 with a Bobcat compact truck loader.
• Cylinders was placed to the side near the protective guard fence
• The cylinders that made full contact with the compact loader to were marked as possibly damaged.
• When the Cylinders were dropped off the lab was informed of the potential issues the cylinders may have
