Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Thirty(30) loads of fill material and placed in area G8 of the basement; the fill area is highlighted in orange on the attached proof roll basement drawing. The fill material was placed in accordance with ITP-001. 
2. A proof roll for the planned gravel road was conducted with a loaded tandem axle water truck, according to ITP-003. The proof area is highlighted in purple on the attached proof roll basement drawing.
3. The subgrade for the planned gravel road consists of solid concrete and crushed concrete in some areas. During the evaluation, no significant rutting or deflection was revealed. The area is acceptable for further construction in accordance with ITP-003. A proof roll form was uploaded to PIMS and the JDS sharesync.
