Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. 463.3 tons (19 loads) of 825B was received and placed in sections G6 and H6.  The 825B was placed in accordance with ITP-003.
2. 76.01 tons (3 loads) of Rip Rap was received and placed in section F6.
3. A proof-roll was performed in areas G6, H6, B6, & C6 in between the gravel road and the basement. The proof-roll was performed in accordance with ITP- 003
4. Capping of storm drains was performed in accordance with ITP-009.
