Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting representative was on site to observe the placement of concrete for the 2nd half sidewalk pour between Sta 34+00 and 35+00.  Our representative sampled concrete placed and cast test specimens for concrete compression testing.  See attached photographs.  Results of sampling are attached.
