Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
1. Fifty-eight (58) loads of fill material were delivered, and one thousand forty-four (1044) cubic yards of fill material were placed in the basement for the two-foot bridge lift.
2. The placement and compaction of the fill materials are in accordance with ITP-001.
3. Additional compaction of fill material was conducted with a CAT CS54B roller.
4. Rip-rap was placed along the eastern-facing retaining wall in sections F6 and G6 (drawing E720659 S1-R5). The area is highlighted in red on the attached drawings.
