Observations/Finding

On this day, Amin Azimi, representing AS Engineering & Consulting, LLC, arrived at the above mentioned project location, as scheduled to observe the proof-roll of subgrade soils. The purpose of this observation was to assess the readiness of the site for testing and to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the proof-rolling process.

Upon arrival, it became evident that the onset of inclement weather had affected the site conditions significantly. Attached pictures show the site conditions on this day.

Due to the adverse weather conditions and their impact on the site’s readiness, the decision was made to cancel the proof-rolling for the day. It was determined that proceeding with the testing under such conditions could compromise the accuracy and reliability of the results and potentially pose safety risks to personnel and equipment.
