Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. One thousand seven hundred sixty-four (1764) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift two in section 2 area G6 & G7 (drawing E720659) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in orange on the attached drawing.
2. Two (2) moisture content and density tests were performed in section 1, area B7; the results were within acceptable limits. The test locations are shown in green on the attached drawing.
