Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. One thousand three hundred and thirty-four (1334) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift three (3) in section 2 area G7 of the second part (drawing E720659) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.
2. Geogrid & filter fabric were placed near the base of the ramp, and fill materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001. 
3. The area was probed, and two moisture density tests were performed in section 1 area B7 (E720661 S1 – R5), 130 ft from the north end wall, and section 2 area G8 (E720659 S1-R5), which is at 238 ft from the north end wall.
4.  The wet soil was collected from the basement near the section-2 south wall and transferred from the end of the north wall to section-1.
