Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative noted above, for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services, visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawing/specifications.

A request was made for a footing inspection for Lot #65 pod 15 and Lot #78 pod 15.  A request to the foreman (Robert) was made to demuck both lots. All rebar appeared to be placed as per project specifications as to size, spacing and quantity.  Probing with a 3/8-inch diameter probe red and DCP testing was conducted and was found to meet a soil bearing pressure of 2000 psf.
