Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made.

1. One thousand eight hundred thirty-six (1836) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift seven (7) in section 1 area B7 and lift five (5). The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001.  Lift seven is highlighted in orange and lift five is highlighted in green. 
2. Two moisture content and density tests were performed in section two (2) area G7 (E720659 S1-R5). The testing locations are highlighted in purple.
