One set Set of concrete specimens (6 Cylinders per set) were cast during the cast-in-place concrete pour at the above referenced location, in accordance with ASTM C31. The cylinders will remain on site for the initial 24-48 hrs curing.

Remarks:
Once arrived at the project for the concrete placement, I followed up on another observation of project to make sure everything was still acceptable.
When the testing was completed, the Air was not in compliance with specifications. I discussed with the contractor about the air not falling into specification.
On the second load another Air check was completed, and the air came up to 1.3%. The contractor was informed as well of the air not being in compliance with specifications.
