Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Two thousand one hundred and twenty four (2124) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (9) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001.
2. The area was probed, and two moisture density tests were performed in section 2 area G7 (E720659 S1 – R5), test-1 is positioned at 66 ft from East end wall, and 102 ft from south end wall. Test-2 is positioned at 100 ft from west end wall and 94ft from south end wall. The test locations are shown here in the attached drawing (E720659 S1-R5).
3. One hundred and seventy nine (178.9) tons of 825-B stone were installed and placed on the west side of the top of the basement.
