Observations/Finding

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. 96.25 tons of 825-B Stone were placed beside the east wall at the top of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-003.
2. The work in the basement has been delayed on account of inclement weather on the job site.
