Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. One thousand one hundred and fifty-two (1152) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (11) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in blue on the attached drawing.
2. The left-over placement of fill materials for the section 2 basement area was finished this morning.
3. The area was probed, and three density tests were performed in section 1 and 2 area G7 (E720659 S1 – R5).
4. Soil sample for a Proctor check was collected from the vicinity of test location 3.
5. Test results are listed within the Density test report of this day.
