Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. One thousand two hundred and six (1206) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (12) in section 2 area G7 of the second part (drawing E720659) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in brown as shown in the attached drawing.
2. Placement of Stone and Geo-fabric at the south-east corner of the Section-2 basement area G7 surrounding the HDPE pipe, as the fabric wrapped after the placement of the stone.
