Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Ram Mogulla visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. On June 3rd, 2023, thirteen hundred and fifty (1350) cubic yards of fill material were received and placed for lift (12) in section 2 basement area G7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in compliance with ITP-001.
2. On this day, nine hundred and eighteen (918) cubic yards of fill material were received and placed for lift (15) in section 1 basement area G7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in compliance with ITP-001.
3. No testing was performed on this day. Testing of section 1 and section 2 is planned to be performed the next day or at the completion of the entire lift. Therefore, no density reports were generated on this day.
