Daily Field Report
The undersigned ASEC representative verified the current positioning and its proximity to the proposed turn down slab from the installed sewer line. The property address is noted as (Lot #118-13) 132 Alcovy Court, Griffin, GA.
Visual observation techniques were employed to evaluate work in-place for general compliance with the Project Plans, Specifications, Codes and Standards and Material Submittals.
- The Project representative Zack informed about the objection the county official had with respect to the proximity of the sewer line to the adjacent turndown slabs.
- Measurements were taken of the current excavations to verify the objection that the sewer line may be in the zone of influence of the footing.
- The attached schematic is an attempt to the measurements taken in the field.
- Based on the measurements taken and as shown in the attached sketch and or experience with such structures we believe the sewer line and its excavation are outside the zone of influence of the footing and slab.
