Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

1. Two thousand five hundred and seventy-four (2574) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (27) in section 2 area G7 of the second part (drawing E720659) of the basement and continued to place new lift in the section 1. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.
2. The area was probed, and three moisture density tests and one check plug were performed in section 1 area B7 (E720661 S1 – R5), and section 2 area G8 (E720659 S1-R5).
