Purpose of Visit: The site visit was conducted at the request of Jackson Demolition’s representative, Josh Kelly, to monitor, verify, and document the ongoing project activities. The objective was to ensure that all construction and engineering activities are conducted in alignment with established standards and procedures.

Observations:

1. Fill Material Placement:
   • A total of 2,592 cubic yards of fill materials were placed for Lift 30 in section 2 area G7 of the second part as per drawing E720659. The placement of materials adhered to the guidelines outlined in ITP-001.
   • The designated fill area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.
2. Trench Excavation for Water Line Installation:
   • A trench, 2 feet deep, has been excavated south of the basement for the installation of the water line. This signifies progress towards the planned water line installation activities.

Testing and Verification: No testing was carried out during the current visit. Testing for both section 1 and section 2 is scheduled for the subsequent day or upon the completion of the entire lift. Consequently, density reports were not generated on this day.
